The festival begins at Top of the Hill Fountain Plaza 8705 Germantown Avenue with our Opening Ceremony and Quidditch Team Pep Rally at 5:30 p.m. The Opening Ceremony will also be attended by Harry Potter characters and a Thestral from Northwestern Stables.The Pub Crawl begins at 7:00 p.m. and is a ticketed event.
