Local Plant Dyeing Hike: Foraging & Extracting Color

Learn to use plants to produce natural dyes. Elissa Meyers and Mira Adornetto of BLUEREDYELLOW will lead a two-part workshop about natural dyeing. The series starts with a hike to identify and collect plants. At this foraging hike:
We'll learn all about how to identify common dye plants and when and how to collect them, plus, we'll gather material to use on Saturday.
